Amy is progressively successful and has cross-functional experience in several different disciplines, including customer service, administration, human resources, recruitment, business development, and operations management.  

Amy’s tactical organizational skills, creative problem-solving techniques, and ability to develop cohesive team structure between various departments using strategic communication and aptitude has earned many awards such as; Rookie of The Year, MVP, and Presidents Club, as well as four prestigious promotions in her 13 year tenure with Monroe Staffing.

Amy’s key soft skills are both adaptability in changing situations and ability to interact successfully at different levels in a fast paced diverse atmosphere.
