We are looking for a competent Inventory Manager to monitor and report on the company’s inventory. Your job is important since the efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals. A successful inventory manager is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset. The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives.Requirements:3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in functional areas of responsibility.Must have excellent problem solving and communication skills.Must be skilled in planning and organizing and be able to think strategically and tactically as well as Customer Relationship Management. Moderate to advanced computer skills.Spanish a plus but not required.Responsibilities: Accountable for standards, metrics and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiencies.Monitor storage requirements to meet storage needs.Operates forklift truck as needed to perform duties.Responsible for order allocation.Collaborates with home office and other staff to ensure coordination of DC activities. Utilizes inventory tools for tracking and analysis, auditing and reporting. Production Technician

Production TechnicianGraham Plant - Manufacturing refractory parts involves mixing materials and pouring them into molds, preparing molds, demolding, and cosmetic work while ensuring a clean and safe workspace in adherence to workplace health and safety protocols.Casting Grid bars- Casting refractory parts by mixing materials and pouring them into molds.Prep moles for parts (finished parts weigh between 2-80 lbs.) Demold refractory part. Cosmetic work includes washing, coating, hand-handing, checking for cracks, and filling voids if necessary. Transfer to the proper shelf in the curing room. Operating mobile equipment or crane (if needed). Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Other tasks as directed.Monday - Friday workweek on two shifts: 1st shift 7 am - 3 pm starting at $15 an hour & 2nd shift 2 pm - 10 pm starting at $15+ .85 (shift differential). Training on the first shift lasts 2-5 or 3-6 weeks. All candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a clear background check, pass a drug screen, a tape measure, a Math test score of 75% or better, and proficient English communication skills.Physical Demands: Applicants must have the ability to overcome obstacles and demonstrate personal adaptability.
