Our Diversify, Equality and Inclusion Taskforce
Our DE&I Taskforce initially focused on education and fostering an environment where crucial, albeit challenging, conversations could take place. These discussions are vital to ensuring that every individual is treated equitably, fairly, and inclusively within the workplace. Over time, this initiative evolved, resulting in mandatory training for all incoming employees.
Last year, we introduced our Diversity Pillars, along with a robust Diversity and Inclusion Code of Conduct. Together, they articulate the vision and purpose of Key Resources, providing a solid framework for our organizational identity. The pillars serve as a catalyst for unity, encouraging people to come together and discover common ground, whether through shared meals or shared experiences. Even something as simple as exchanging a cultural dish can have a profound impact.
