The Company prepares internal financial statements on a monthly basis in a timely manner so that the information can be used by management to make sound business decisions. Monthly internal accounting controls include reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts to detail schedules. Particular attention is given to high volume general ledger accounts such as cash, accounts receivable, sales and payroll accounts, Transactions are documented, authorized and recorded in a timely manner. For the year ended December 31 , 1999, we prepared two adjusting journal entries to the client general ledger. One entry adjusted the depreciation expense account to actual depreciation expense by .8% of the account balance. The other entry was made to record the profit sharing accrual for 1999. No other adjusting entries were required because the accounts had already been reconciled and balanced.

For 1999, the Company had a customer invoice accuracy rate of 99.38%. Management has consistently exceeded goals and projections in regards to revenue, gross margin percentages and earnings. These results are an excellent example of management developing, implementing and executing quality business plans. Quality, consistency, accuracy and reliability emanate from every aspect of the Company, from top to bottom.
