RECRUITING STRATEGY Our experience at Key Resources Inc on large projects with reputable companies shows the largest numbers of employees will be those that come in as a result of our advertising for employment at your organization. We will also schedule recruiting fairs around the local area, work with ESC, and ethnic communities within the area. Once an applicant applies with Key Resources they must undergo our selection process. Key Resources will perform: Application /Basic Test - Each applicant is required to fill out an application listing previous jobs and references and take a test consisting of four sections. This assesses the applicant's ability in Math, Conversion, Comparison or Matching, and a short writing assignment. Interviews - Each applicant is interviewed when they first come in to fill out an application by our Staffing Coordinators. Our Coordinators have many years of experience in interviewing and placing candidates with different companies. Interviews are tailored according to a company's specifications. Background Checks - A criminal history report is run on each applicant.
