We feel it is very important to give back to the community and assist in its growth.

Key Resources, Inc. views relationships with clients as a partnership and an extension of Human Resource departments. We sponsor two seminars per year, as a service to our clients, providing information and assistance on issues concerning labor laws and other employment topics.

Pam Medlin, the founder President of Key Resources, Inc. is an active member with Forward Greensboro, which is an extension of the Chamber of Commerce. Key Resources, Inc. also invested many hours in assisting the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce with a labor survey, a task that has not been done in five years. Additionally, Triad businesses and newspapers often consult Pam on topics relating to employment and human resources.

Also, Key Resources, Inc.:

• Sponsors and donates to several programs in the community for underprivileged children.

• Is helping to sponsor an award program for area employers that go above and beyond in making their work environment team oriented, as well as a safe place to work.
